The following, which had been held to today's calendar (page 3386),            
was in the Finance Committee.                                                  
                                                                               
CS FOR SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 40(RLS) am                                 
Proposing amendments to the Constitution of the State of Alaska               
providing that the governor and lieutenant governor be elected by              
a majority vote; and changing the term of office of the governor               
and lieutenant governor.                                                       
                                                                               
                                                                               
The Speaker stated that CSSJR 40(RLS) am would be on the April 24,             
2000, calendar.
